WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Please Allow 6-10 business days for US and Canada Shipping, and approximately 12-16 days for worldwide orders to arrive. Please understand we are a print on demand company, which means it takes time to print and produce the highest quality custom products for your wall. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Elevate Canvas aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit. Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery. Please note, customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Store credit for the web shop will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.

U.S. customers can begin their return process by emailing Support@elevatecanvas.com. Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We pride ourselves on the ability to get your orders as fast as possible, which means if you need to change or cancel your order please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your orders. The best form of communication is our support email, which is support@elevatecanvas.com.
