WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Please Allow 6-10 business days for US and Canada Shipping, and approximately 12-16 days for worldwide orders to arrive. Please understand we are a print on demand company, which means it takes time to print and produce the highest quality custom products for your wall. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the product to us within 60 days undamaged. We do not provide pre-paid shipping for our returns, you must send the product back at your own expense. Please email the tracking number for your return to support@ElevateCanvas.com and we will gladly refund your order. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or PayPal account.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We pride ourselves on the ability to get your orders as fast as possible, which means if you need to change or cancel your order please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your orders. The best form of communication is our support email, which is support@elevatecanvas.com.
